Flexible polyurethane flame retardant of blend of various chlorinated phosphate esters and phosphonates FC-65
Description and Application
Leticia FC-65 is a non TDCP-based blend of various chlorinated phosphate esters and phosphonates. It has been developed with the view in mind to cover a wide range of decomposion temperatures and thus cover a wide range of flexible polyurethane applications, both polyether and polyester polyols based ones.
Leticia FC-65 does not contain any aromac or phenolic compounds oen used as viscosity cuers.
Leticia FC-65 can be used as such for UL 94, Cal TB 117 parts A and D, FMVSS 302. It can also be associated with a synergist (i.e. melamine) for the production of foams that meet the requirements of BS 5852 Crib 5.
Leticia FC-65, due to its excellent scorch performance, is also recommended for the production of low density foams throughout the whole year.
Owing to its wide spectrum of application, Leticia FC-65 is particularly recommended for foamers or polyurethane professionals that have production for different regions and / or different fire safety codes.

Handling and Transportation Instructions
Product is available in ISO containers (max. 25 t), totes (1000 l) and drums (200 l / 55 US gal).
Product must be stored in dry, cool area away from direct sun exposure and kept away from humidity and water contamination. Handle in accordance with good professional hygiene and safety procedures. Use in well ventilated areas.
In case of spillage, absorb substance with inert material and place into a chemical waste container. Do prevent spill from entering water supplies or water courses.
