Description and Application
Leticia V166 is a flame retardant for flexible polyurethane foam and consists of a mixture aliphatic phosphate esters and phosphonates.
Leticia V166 contains neither TDCP nor aromatic compounds.
Upon loading of the appropriate amount recommended, Leticia V166 confers to the flexible foam the necessary fire resistance to pass fire safety codes like Cal TB 117 and FMVSS 302. When associated with melamine, Leticia V166 allows the foam to meet the BS5852 Crib 5 criterion. When used in low density foam, Leticia V166 has limited impact on the foam core discoloration (scorch)

Handling and Transportation Instructions
Product is available in drum (200 l), tote (1000 l) or isocontainer (20 mT).
Product must be stored in dry, cool area away from direct sun exposure and kept away from humidity and water contamination. Handle in accordance with good professional hygiene and safety procedures. Use in well ventilated areas. In case of spillage, absorb substance with inert material and place into a chemical waste container. Do prevent spill from entering water supplies or water courses.
