Flexible polyurethane foam medium molecular weight flame retardant Leticia EL-22
Description and Application
Leticia EL-22 is a medium molecular weight flame retardant, mainly used for flexible polyurethane foam. Due to the improvement of its hydrolysis resistance, it is suitable for both polyester and polyether polyol polyurethane foam.
Other characteristics of Leticia EL-22 are its high purity, and the content of low molecular weight products often contained in other same types of flame retardants is very low.
In addition, Leticia EL-22 has a very low odor and provides superior VOC performance in polyurethane foam.
Leticia EL-22 can pass standards such as UL 94, Cal TB 117 parts A and D, FMVSS 302. It can also be used in combination with a synergist (melamine) to achieve the standard BS 5852 Crib required for sponge production.

Handling and Transportation Instructions
Product is available in isocontainers (max. 25 t), totes (1000 l) and drums (200 l / 55 US gal).
Product must be stored in dry, cool area away from direct sun exposure and kept away from humidity and water contaminaon. Handle in accordance with good professional hygiene and safety procedures. Use in well venlated areas.
In case of spillage, absorb substance with inert material and place into a chemical waste container. Do prevent spill from entering water supplies or water courses.
