High molecular weight chlorinated phosphate ester flame retardant ELF-606
Description and Application
Leticia ELF-606 flame retardant is a high molecular weight chlorinated phosphate ester for the production of flexible polyurethane foam.
Leticia ELF-606 is particularly suited to furniture and automoile applications that require superior emission performance (VOC’s and fogging) as well as resistance to migrant during ageing.
Within the current Leticia family of products, Leticia ELF-606 can be regarded as an extension of the Yoke Leticia ELF-601 in which a viscosity cure has been added.
Examples of fire standards that can be satisfied using Leticia ELF-606 are the UL-94, the Cal TB 117, the BS 5852 crib 5 (in combination with melamine for low density foam) and the FMVSS 302.

Handling and Transportation Instructions
Product is available in ISO containers (max. 25 t), totes (1000 l) and drums (200 l / 55 US gal).
Product must be stored in dry, cool area away from direct sun exposure and kept away from humidity and water contamination. Handle in accordance with good professional hygiene and safety procedures. Use in well ventilated areas.
In case of spillage, absorb substance with inert material and place into a chemical waste container. Do prevent spill from entering water supplies or water courses.
