Description and Application
Leticia ECP-851 is an oligomeric chlorinated phosphate ester flame retardant that has been developed for flexible foam
applications requiring low levels of emanation (VOC’s, fogging). In addition, Leticia ECP-851 is TDCP and TCEP-free.
Leticia ECP-851 is a non reactive flame retardant that is compatible with both molding and slabstock foam production techniques.
Leticia ECP-851 flame retardant performance allows to meet the fire tests of safety codes like FMVSS 302, Cal TB 117
and the BS5852 Crib S (in combination with a synergist like melamine).

Handling and Transportation Instructions

Product must be stored in dry, cool area away from direct sun exposure and kept away from humidity and water contamination.
Handle in accordance with good professional hygiene and sakty procedures. Use in well ventilated areas.
In case of spillage. absorb substance with inert material and place into a chemical waste container. Do prevent spill from
entering water supplies or water courses.
